Strategic:

• Member of strategic planning committee for the Wayne County Public Library System in Goldsboro, NC. Aspects included branch relations, marketing, outreach, fundraising, personnel development, succession plan. 
  
  

• Group Leader for strategic plan development for Downtown Presbyterian Church in Nashville, TN. Hosted weekly sessions with small group, worked through a process, collaborated with other small group leaders to craft the strategic plan.

Program/Project Planning:

• Developed a 6-week program with weekly events to encourage children to read during the summer. Each week had a theme, and I would secure guest presenters, games, book suggestions, and parent information sheets to coordinate.

• Transformed the operational process of the Feed the Need annual initiative, enabling the project to successfully grow from delivering food to 1,000 families to 2,000 ​
