I believe in three basic principles when it comes to raising money: simplify the process, be specific in your request, and give donors a tangible return on their investment.

United Way of Wayne County

• Raised giving levels of all assigned accounts as a Loaned Executive for two years

• 26% contribution increase in one year from Wayne County employees, and received the Campaign Chariman's Award as a result

Steele Memorial Public Library

• Developed and participated in Steering Committee for new library campaign

• Raised $350,000 in less than two years for a new library through grassroots campaign

Rotary Club of Nashville

• Initiated text donations, raising over $20,000 in two hours

• Established online giving with live campaign thermometer
