Initiated and directed member engagement for nearly 600 members, the world’s 3rd largest Rotary Club. 

Volunteer Management:

-Organized and hosted 45 weekly meetings, with an average attendance of 150. Notable speakers garnered an audience up to 300.

-Designed, planned, and executed over 10 unique and recurring service projects annually.

-Organized average of 6 networking and social events each year. 

-Composed project overview, metrics, and assessment for each opportunity annually.

-Created “Care committee” and annual Veterans recognition program

Process Simplification:

- Transformed membership on-boarding from paper/email application, to web-based form, which automatically created contact record in club CRM. Reduced processing time, increased accuracy.

- Changed member name badges from mail-order, with an average cost of $12, to in-house design and printing for $.65 per badge. Reduced turnaround time from weeks to minutes.

- Initiated web-based registration system, a ‘one-stop shop’ for all volunteer activities. Empowered members to view and sign up for opportunities that fit their schedule. Previous volunteer tracking required email invitations for each open ‘slot’ and staff-maintained spreadsheets. 


-Implemented 'text-to-donate' system, raising over $20,000 in an hour.

-Assisted transformation of fundraising from invoice-style to annual campaign, nearly doubling amount raised in the first year.
